Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their client's Human Resource Department in Irvine, CA. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to an HR team while managing a variety of office tasks. The position requires 24 hours of work per week, specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no flexibility in the schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Entering onboarding paperwork into the system.
  • Utilizing Word and Excel to assist with office tasks.
  • Restocking the kitchen with water, sodas, and other supplies.
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate stock.
  • Providing support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Work Hours

Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
